Chief Morale Officer
River takes his role as Chief Morale Officer very seriously, mostly by napping in the sun and demanding belly rubs during team meetings. His specialties include greeting visitors with enthusiasm, supervising snack time, and reminding everyone to step outside for fresh air. When he’s not boosting company spirit, you’ll find him patrolling the yard and ensuring all squirrels are accounted for.
Dublin
Director of Quality Control
Dublin oversees all quality operations, from inspecting delivery boxes to testing every cardboard package for structural integrity (by chewing). Known for his high standards and unwavering loyalty, Dublin makes sure every Pearl & Parker job is completed with the same attention to detail he gives to guarding his favorite toy. His leadership motto: “If it smells right, it’s approved.”
